My name is Terry Biddy. I have been involved with the fitness industry for 26 years. My Brother and I opened a gym in Georgia when I was 22, and I have been helping people better their lives ever since.
My wife is Jennifer Biddy Ifbb Pro, whom I prepped for her first competition 6 years ago.
My wife and I own and operate SOUTHERN MUSCLE & FITNESS in Montgomery Alabama, where we are doing what we love helping others to achieve their goals.
I am very proud of what I do as a contest prep coach. This year 2015, my wife Jennifer, a client (Abbe Hockaday) and myself attended Masters Nationals, where they both earned their Ifbb Pro cards in Women's Physique.
In 2014, we took a figure competitor to the Jr. USA'S where she place 4th in a very tough class. Before this she had never placed in the top 15 in a national show. My name is Jennifer Biddy. Not only is weight training my passion, I met the love of my life in a gym and now we are gym owners, personal trainers, and prep coaches as well. We are TEAM BIDDY! I truly live this lifestyle 100%.
I am a Mother of 2 children and 1 granddaughter. My daughter is 19 and my son is 32. My mother passed away when I was only 16 years old from health problems, so I was determined at that time to lead a healthy lifestyle and to stay in shape for my children and grandchildren.
At the age of 49, I earned my Ifbb Pro Card after competing for 6 years. I started in figure, and was told I was to hard so I moved on to Women's Bodybuilding.
